Presence and mindfulness in our own bodies not only strengthen how we perform and prepare for concerts, but above all influence our resonance.

In this workshop, you will learn about body awareness, strong mindset, and your personal resonance space. We will develop the basis for a connection between body and mind that will accompany you as a musician throughout your life.
