Group Registration

PRIORITY DEADLINE: Monday, June 16th

The Group Registration form allows group leaders to quickly and easily register their full group to attend the NFA's Annual Convention through a single form and payment. This is meant for flute choirs, school groups, or studios who are attending the convention together. 

Before the NFA staff can process these registrations, payment must be received. We ask that a single payment be made to cover the full group. Payment can be made through the below options:

1. Paypal: paypal.me/nationalflute
2. Check: mailed to the NFA Office

More than 10 Attendees?

You can submit multiple Group Registration forms until all attendees have been listed. Answer the next question to let us know how many forms you will be submitting as well as the final question here in regards to a GRAND TOTAL across all of your submitted forms. 

Payment

Before the NFA staff can process these memberships, payment must be received. Payment can be made through Paypal, check, or Credit Card/ACH transfer. Please refer to the top of this page for more information. 

How will you make payment?
By submitting this form, we agree to the NFA Refund/Cancellation Policy (There will be a cancellation fee of $35. Cancellations for any event must be received in writing (or email to jclarke@nfaonline.org) by 8/7/2025 to be eligible for a refund. NFA membership dues are not refundable.)
