Hosted e-Blasts

Technical Details

The NFA accepts messages in 3 different formats: MailChimp template, Microsoft Word document, or HTML file. Messages sent in any other format, including jpg and pdf, cannot be accepted.

1. MailChimp Template (Recommended): Design your own email in MailChimp (a free service), then simply share the template with us.

2. Microsoft Word Document: You can also compose and design your email in a Microsoft Word document. Please include text formatted as desired and embed images within the document, using standard fonts only (Times New Roman, Arial, Helvetica). The majority of the text must be typed out in the Word document, NOT embedded in an image.

3. HTML File: You can create and design your own custom email using a free drag-and-drop service like MailChimp, Mad Mimi, or Constant Contact. After designing your email, save it as an HTML file and send the file to us--no coding knowledge required! (This file must utilize email-friendly HTML only (i.e., no javascript, iframes, background images, or other advanced code). Also, CSS styles must be inline. Please include images pre-sized and in the same directory as the HTML file.)

The cost of a hosted eblast is $395 for NFA members or $495 for non-members. To order your hosted e-blast, please use the form below.

The National Flute Association reserves the right to refuse to send a hosted e-blast for whatever reason NFA deems necessary. Each customer and its agencies are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and/or licenses required to use any of the content of their e-blasts. NFA may require that a customer submit copies of such permissions and/or licenses along with e-blast content. All customers and their agencies assume responsibility for the contents of their e-blasts and agree to indemnify NFA from all claims and expenses arising therefrom.
