August 6th - 9th, 2026
Please submit a video or audio link (e.g. YouTube, Spotify, website) of a performance of the concerto. If you are not the soloist in this performance, please submit a representative audio or video sample of your performance of a work in
a similar style. Please also submit a score of the concerto.
If the work has not yet been performed, please submit a digital audio file of the piece, as well as a representative audio or video sample of your playing.
Flexibility of orchestration may be a consideration.
Note: You MUST hold an NFA membership to submit a proposal. Learn more about becoming an NFA member.
The form and instructions have changed since last year. Most importantly, you must complete your proposal in one sitting, as you cannot save your progress and return to it later. Please read all guidelines and instructions well before the January 15 deadline.
Ensure that your NFA membership is up to date. An active membership is required to submit a proposal. You can learn more about NFA membership here.
You must prepare your materials before beginning the proposal form. You will be asked for programming details, links to supporting materials (video/audio recording), and performer bios. All supplemental materials must be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, or Dropbox, and entered into the proposal form as a working link.
Submit your proposal through this link or in your Member Portal. You must be prepared to complete the entire form in one sitting - you cannot save your progress and return to it later.
