"Working with Your Performance Anxiety" with Anna Conigliari, an Altus Flutes Artist. This class is centered on performance anxiety, and learning several techniques through live demonstrations. Watch as Anna coaches each volunteer to both understand what’s happening when performance anxiety sets in, and ways to work with yourself before, during and after a performance.
