| The Las Vegas Flute Club Young Artist Competition is open to all flutists age 30 or younger. Preliminary CDs are due February 1, 2008. Repertoire selections for the preliminary round are CPE Bach Sonata in A Minor and Andante Pastoral et Scherzettino by Taffanel. Three competitors will be selected for the Final round which will be held during the Las Vegas Flute Fair, March 8-9. Grand Prize is $1,000. |
