BIOGRAPHY SUBMISSION FORM

We need the following:

  -Your biography.
  -Biographies of all ensemble and/or assisting personnel.
  -Biographies of any LIVING composers involved with your presentation.

Please submit a Biography Submission form for EVERY person performing/presenting except for members of a named flute choir. In this case, a group and a conductor bio will suffice.

ALL BIOGRAPHIES ARE LIMITED TO 400 CHARACTERS (including spaces). Bios submitted that are longer than 400 characters will return an error.

Sample:
Jonathan Keeble, Flute Professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, has studied with no one of note, rarely practices, and indulges in countless hours of video gaming. Past successes include procuring sufficient funds to purchase degrees, giving up fast food, and building the 1,556 piece Lego Imperial Cruiser.
